The best way to learn about the Alexander Technique is to experience it for yourself. Please contact me if you'd like to schedule an introductory private lesson which will address your particular needs. Alternatively, an overview of the history and concepts of this work can be learned in a group setting. Information on introductory workshops that I'll be teaching will be posted below. Introductory workshops can be arranged for private groups as well. |
